Alessi Convivio DC200/24 - The Convivio lids, featured in four different sizes, offer us a glimpse into David Chipperfield's refined design research. The lid becomes pure plane to close the body of pots and saucepans, giving a minimal and refined line to the entire collection. The essential design of the knob synthesizes its function, like the pot handles with which it shares material and formal genesis. The possibility of buying the lids separately from the pots and pans makes it possible to optimize purchases, avoiding unnecessary duplication. Wash with a sponge, warm water and liquid dish detergent, rinse under running water and dry thoroughly. Do not use metal straws. The Convivio series is also suitable for washing in the dishwasher. We suggest using nonaggressive detergents and economical, low-temperature cycles and drying them as soon as the washing is finished.
